SAINT AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Megan Sabol posted the day’s low round with a one-over 73 and moved up five spots to sixth place at the Peach Belt Conference Golf Championship at the World Golf Village’s Slammer & Squire Course. The No. 31 Nighthawks shot another 322 and remains in fourth place heading into the tomorrow’s final round. 

Sabol carded three birdies on her inward nine, playing her last five holes in two under to position herself just three stokes behind leader Madison Corley of UNC Pembroke. 

The No. 34 Braves lead the five-team field by nine strokes. No. 7 Flagler posted the day’s low score with the Saints’ second straight 307. 

Carson Roberts sits just outside the top-10 after Saturday’s 82. Karson Stone (83) and Jordyn Sims (84) rounded out UNG’s team score. 

As a team, UNG is just four strokes behind third place Young Harris.

North Georgia’s final round tees off at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (Sunday).
