Contest Rules

Contestants DO NOT have to purchase goods or services to enter but must enter by texting a designated word to the provided number. Text rates may apply
One winner has the choice of Dollywood tickets or $65 in cash
Employees and the immediate relatives of WRWH 93.9fm and 1350am / White County Media, LLC or Sponsors of contest/promotion are ineligible to win the prize, as well as any other media/entertainment employees and their relatives.
Winners will be notified and will have 30 days to pick up the prize at the radio station, 681 Hood St, Cleveland, Ga 30528. Unclaimed prizes may be redistributed during another contest/promotion.
No compensation or otherwise will be given for prizes not claimed within the time period.
No credit or cash or other substitutions will be given for any unused portion of any prize
package.
No refund or compensation will be paid in the event a gift card, voucher or certificate can no longer be redeemed if the participating company/retailer has closed or is unavailable.
The radio station reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time for any reason, including a national disaster, terrorist activity, or any other event reasonably beyond the control of the
station.
Entrants must submit all required/requested information, which may include first and last name, telephone number, email address, home address, and/or date of birth.
WRWH Radio reserves the right to reject or discard any incomplete or confusing entry and any entry not submitted in accordance with promotion rules.
Any prizes that require the winner to be of a certain age to own or consume as required by law will be limited to age-verified winners. Winners may receive a substitution prize at the discretion of WRWH or promotion sponsors. Prizes will not be substituted for cash equivalent.
No promotion, promotion rules, or explanations thereof shall be construed or implemented in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations, including FCC rules and regulations.
Participants will not have any expectation of privacy concerning the information submitted or the announcement of winners. Names, audio recordings, voice and likeness may be used by WRWH Radio in any appropriate manner and reserves the right to use such information for any purpose as WRWH Radio deems appropriate.
Submission of an entry, text message, or response shall constitute acceptance of the promotion rules and a waiver of any and all claims against WRWH 93.9fm and 1350am / White County Media, LLC or Sponsors of promotion.
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes incurred as a result of their winning. Each winner of prize(s) valued at or with a combined value of at least $600 will receive an IRS 1099 form at
the end of the calendar year.
Prizes must be picked up during our regular office hours. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 681 Hood St Cleveland, Ga, 30528. No prizes will be mailed or shipped.
These rules are not all-encompassing, and any situation not specifically covered in these rules will be treated as an accidental omission and shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.
