OFFICIAL RULES
- Contestants DO NOT have to purchase goods or services to enter
- Entrant must visit sponsor location for a word to text to enter. (Text rates may apply.)
- Contestants may visit all sponsor locations to enter for multiple chances to win. Limited to I entry per day, per location. (Text a selfie from each location and get a bonus gift)
- One Grand Prize Winner will be drawn June 6th
- Grand prize is $400 value (Cunningham prize pack, gift card + $250 in cash)
- Employees and immediate relatives of WRWH 93.9fm and 1350am / White County Media, LLC or Sponsors of promotion are ineligible to win. Including employees and family of any other media services.
- Winners will be notified and will have 30 days to pick up the prize at the radio station.
- No credit or cash or other substitutions will be given for any unused portion of any prize package. No refund or compensation will be paid in the event a gift card, voucher or certificate can no longer be redeemed if the participating company / retailer has closed or is unavailable.
- The radio station reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time for any reason, including a national disaster, terrorist activity, or any other event reasonably beyond the control of the station.
- Entrants must submit all information required on the entry form, which may include first and last name, telephone number, email address, home address, and/or date of birth.
- WRWH Radio reserves the right to reject or discard any incomplete or confusing entry and any entry not submitted in accordance with promotion rules. A limited number of prizes require the winner to be 18 years of age.
- No promotion, promotion rules or explanations thereof shall be construed or implemented in any way which violates applicable laws and regulations, including FCC rules and regulations.
- Participants will not have any expectation of privacy concerning the information submitted or the announcement of winners. WRWH Radio reserves the right to use such information for any purpose as WRWH Radio deems appropriate to use name, voice and likeness in all publicity surrounding the Contest promotion.
- Submission of an entry or response shall constitute acceptance of the promotion rules and a waiver of any and all claims against WRWH 93.9fm and 1350am / White County Media, LLC or any Sponsors of any promotion.
- Winners are responsible for any and all taxes incurred as a result of their winning. Each winner of prize(s) valued at or with a combined value of at least $600 will receive an IRS 1099 form at the end of the calendar year.
- Prizes must be picked up during our regular office hours of Monday-Friday 9a.m. -5 p.m. at 681 Hood St, Cleveland, Ga 30528.
- These rules are not all-encompassing, and any situation not specifically covered in these rules will be treated as an accidental omission and shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.
