(DAHLONEGA) — A dominant team performance to open the fall season would not have been possible without University of North Georgia men’s golfer Noah Zediker, who has been named the Chick-fil-A Nighthawk of the Week, helping the Nighthawks bring home the team title at the Bearcat Invitational, finishing in a tie for second place with an eight-under scorecard.
Zediker was the mainstay for a lineup that finished 22 strokes under par in the event. The senior from Panama City, Fla., shot under par in every round, sandwiching a four-under 68 between a pair of two-under 70 scorecards.
The Nighthawk of the Week title sponsor is Chick-fil-A of Dahlonega, with each week’s winner being treated to a complimentary combo meal at the Dahlonega restaurant.
