(Cleveland)- The National Weather Service has updated the weather notice for north Georgia as of 13 AM
...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel conditions, including during the evening commute. Additional snow accumulations of up to two inches are expected, especially closer toward Metro Atlanta. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast and northwest Georgia. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Slick and dangerous road conditions are possible, especially on elevated bridges and overpasses. Road conditions are expected to deteriorate through the day and into the evening. Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather conditions are occurring. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
