In the first set, Bluefield was quick to act with a three point rally (0-3). The Lady Bears were not shaken, responding with a five point rally, featuring kills by Jordan Roberts and Katie Williams, paired with a service ace from Sonya Silecky (9-6). A late four point rally by the Rams attempted to take the lead, but it wasn’t enough as TMU took set one, 25-18. In set two, the Lady Bears gained speed with a kill by Williams (1-0).
