(Cleveland)- The White County Board of Commissioners has a regular meeting scheduled today at 4:30 PM. During that meeting, the commissioners are expected to approve funding to extend the fiber network to the transfer station and add security cameras. Also, the commissioners are set to fund field reconditioning work at the Yonah Preserve sports complex. That meeting will be in the board meeting room of the White County Administration Building. The public is welcome to attend.
The White County Planning Commission holds a regular meeting today at 6 PM in the White County Senior Center building on the Helen Highway. The public is welcome to attend.
The Cleveland city council has a regular meeting scheduled for today at 6:30 PM that meeting will be held in the Cleveland Community Center/Police Department Building on Campbell Street.
The council will hold a second public hearing and vote on sanitation and solid waste ordinance amendment. The council is also expected to review a draft Distilled Package Sales Ordinance from City Attorney Keith Whitaker. The public is welcome to attend.
