Customer Satisfaction Award from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®).
This selection is based on the results of our comprehensive member survey, where members evaluated their overall
satisfaction with our services, how well we met their expectations, and how closely we aligned with
their ideal cooperative experience.
Members were asked to rate various aspects of their experience with Habersham EMC, with a particular
focus on these core components, which are integral to the proprietary ACSI methodology. The
responses have placed Habersham EMC’s ACSI score significantly above the industry average for publicly
measured utilities, as reported in the 2023 ACSI Energy Utility Study.
