(Cleveland)- The City of Cleveland Police Department reports the following activities for the week ending December 1st, 2023.

| November 28th | Officers responded to a one-vehicle accident on Wilford Ash Sr Parkway, damage to the vehicle, a telephone pole and injury to the driver. |
| Officer responded to a two-vehicle accident on East Kytle Street, damage to one vehicle, minor damage to another, no injuries. | |
| A concerned citizen notified officers of a vehicle that was failing to maintain its lane. An Officer observed and stopped the driver on East Kytle Street, near Old Clarkesville Road, for failing to maintain his lane of travel. The Driver was checked and found to be Driving under the influence. He was charged with Driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane. | |
| November 29th | Officer responded to a two-vehicle accident on Old Hwy 75 South @ South Main Street, minor damage to vehicles, no injuries. |
| November 30th | Officer responded to a two-vehicle accident at Appalachian Parkway @ South Main Street, minor damage to vehicles, no injuries. |
| December 1st | Officer responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of North Main Street @ Wilford Ash Sr Pkwy, minor vehicle damage, no injuries. |
| Officers responded to a South Main Street business for possible shoplifting where a subject was caught by the manager of the business taking items that belonged to the business. The subject was arrested and issued a criminal trespass notice. |
