(Cleveland)- The City of Cleveland’s newly authorized building authority, which was approved by the legislature and signed last month by Governor Kemp now must be filled.

Cleveland City Administrator  Tom O’Bryant reported to the City Council Monday that this new authority needs two people selected from the council, one person from the planning and zoning board and two at large citizens will need to be appointed.

O’Bryant said he would like to get those appointments made at the next week’s council meeting. Once the appointments are made those members are required to undergo training before the authority can take action.
