(Undated)- The U.S. Census Bureau released some update population estimates this week. According to Census Bureau White County’s population estimate as of July first, 2016 was 28,884, that compares to 2010 census figure of 27,144, and an increase of 1740 residents.
In Cleveland, the 2016 estimated population was up 441 people (3,851) compared to 2010 figures (3,410).
In Helen, the city’s population increased by 32 people. The 2016 estimated population was 542.
