(Cleveland)- Three people have been arrested following a “knock and talk” conducted by law enforcement at a residence in southern White County.
A news release from White County Sheriff Rick Kelley said complaints had been received about drug activity at 718 County Line Church Rd in Cleveland. Agents with the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, White County Sheriff’s Deputies, and Investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office conducted a “knock and talk” at the home last Thursday (Nov. 30th).
As a result of a follow-up, the following people were arrested and taken to the White County Jail: 30-year-old, Katlynn Marie Penick of Cleveland, 28-year-old, Christopher David Richmond, and 28-year-old Jonathon Bobby Corum, both of Gainesville.
Penick was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Fentanyl, and Crossing of a Guard Line with Drugs, Richmond was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, and Corum had a Hold from the Danielsville Police Department.

That’s the way some nosey people get their kicks and a A$$ woping!
I understand the mindset of snitches get stitches, but drugs kill our children, parents, friends, neighbors…people we know and don’t know. Each of those taken meant something to someone. Save the see something say something for another evil, this one means way too much to look the other way!
There is no honor in staying quiet while lives are being destroyed and our children are put at risk.
