Cleveland – The White County Sheriff’s office has released its list of activities for the month of April 2021.

In April, the reported arrests from the Uniform Division showed that there were 7 felony arrests, 6 arrests for DUI, and 11 arrests for misdemeanor charges.  There were 1,405 calls for service, including 8 for domestic situations, as well as 17 calls to assist the Cleveland Police Department. The April report also shows 229 traffic stops conducted with 29 citations issued, 13 traffic arrests, and 19 accident reports.

During the month of April, Investigators conducted 2 death investigations, 5 burglary and 16 theft investigations, and 7 credit card or ID theft investigations. Officials opened and assigned 43 cases, and closed 32. The value amount of the thefts was $34,396 with $16,050 recovered.

Officers served 96 civil papers and 33 subpoenas, screened 2,639 people at the courthouse, and spent 112 hours in court.
