Pauline Ruth Chapman, age 87, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021.
Mrs. Chapman was born in Murphy, NC to the late Willis and Lela Burger Floyd. In addition to their parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Chapman; and sons, Danny Chapman and Dennis Chapman. Mrs. Chapman was a homemaker.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Joyce Chapman, Hiawassee, and Donald and Joann Chapman, Dawsonville; son, David Chapman, McCrae, GA; daughter-in-law, Raylene Chapman, Cumming; brother, Jerry Floyd, Canton; 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 A.M. Saturday, July 24, 2021, from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Hewatt and Rev. Nathan Hewatt will officiate. Interment will follow in Ivy Log Baptist Church Cemetery in Blairsville at 1:30 P.M.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 A.M. Saturday, prior to the service.
