DAHLONEGA | In an effort to bring the message of the University of North Georgia Nighthawk nation directly to the local Dahlonega community, the UNG athletic department has announced the details for the October version of Hawk Talk. The second installment of the all-access talk show will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29 at Shenanigans Irish Pub in downtown Dahlonega.

The show will be recorded in the recently renovated upstairs portion of the restaurant.

Guests on show include head men’s soccer coach Patrice Parris, head women’s soccer coach Chris Adams and women’s cross country student-athlete Jenna Tilton. Earlier this week, Tilton was honored as the UNG Campus Cash Nighthawk of the Week.

The monthly, live-only show is part of the Nighthawk Sports Network and provides Nighthawk fans a chance to listen to interviews with UNG coaches while enjoying dinner in a casual and social setting.

Craig Corbin, the Voice of the Nighthawks, will host the hour-long show.

In an effort to drive traffic to each host restaurant, Hawk Talk will not be broadcast, so Nighthawk fans are encouraged to come join the show for dinner or drinks and catch up with the latest happenings of Nighthawk athletics.

The show will be recorded and made available at UNGAthletics.com.
