The new signal light will be at the redesigned and elevated  entrance to  Donald Thurmond Parkway at State Route 11/US 129.

When the intersection reopens, a new flashing yellow arrow signal  will be in place for SR 11/US 129 southbound traffic turning left on to Thurmond Parkway.
