Ms. Rhonda Kay Miller, age 42, of Dahlonega, passed away Friday, April 24, 2020.
Rhonda was born in Hall County on December 4, 1977. She was preceded in death by her father Ronnie Miller. Rhonda was raised in Lumpkin County and lived there her whole life. She attended Lumpkin County High School. Rhonda loved the outdoors and if there was a creek close by you would find her in it. Her bubbly personality and her ability to make just about anything funny will be just some of the memories her family will cherish forever. Rhonda loved to fish and hunt Indian arrowheads for fun. She was saved at Yahoola Baptist Church where she attended with her children. “Beautiful” just “Beautiful” was the word her loved ones chose to describe Rhonda.
Survivors include her children Tyler Lingerfelt, Destiny Lingerfelt, Alyssa Caldwell, and Kaylee Caldwell, all of Dahlonega; mother Marie Miller, Dahlonega; brother and sister-in-law Rodney and Alisha Miller; sister and brother-in-law Regina and Sammy Flanigan, all of Dahlonega; special nephew Devin Hicks; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Graveside services are scheduled foe 2:00 PM Monday, April 27, 2020 at Yahoola Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Kris Butler and the Rev. Lyman Caldwell will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM Monday at the funeral home. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and CDC guidelines, please be patient during the visitation as only a limited number of people can be in the building at one time.
