Weyman Milton Barrow, 86, of Alto, GA, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday,

November 26,2015. Weyman was born on October 3, 1929, in Atlanta, GA. he lived in

Northern Virginia and Bradenton, FL before recently moving to Alto, GA. he served in

the U.S. Marines Corps. Weyman was a barber and retired from the U.S. Postal Service.

He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Milton Barrow, and Lillian Harris

Barrow; he first wife, M. Oveline Allison Barrow, and his second wife, Rosie Uffinger

Barrow; and his son, Dewey Max Barrow. he is survived by his sister Virginia Barrow

Estes of Lakeland, FL; children –  Weyman Michael Barrow of Alto, GA, David Mark

Barrow of Middleburg, VA, Steven Mitchell Barrow of Alto, GA and Milton Micky

Barrow of Cleveland, GA; step-children –  Deb Wilson of Centreville, VA, Don Uffinger,

II of Bradenton, FL and Marilyn Uffinger Kowal (Ron) of Bradenton, FL; four grand

children and two great-grandchildren. Weyman was a member of the First Baptist

Gainesville Church in Gainesville, GA. he wanted to be remembered as a Christian who

believed, loved, followed and obeyed Jesus Christ to the glory of God the Father. Funeral

Arrangements will be handled by Alexander Funeral Home, 2721 Highway 129 South ,

Cleveland, GA. Graveside Service will be on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at Shoal

Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, at 11 a.m., 142 Shoal Creek Church Road, Cleveland,

GA. The family request that instead of flowers, a memorial donation be made to First

Baptist Gainesville Church, Gainesville, GA, In Touch Ministries, RBC Ministries, Red

Cross, and The Salvation Army.
