(WEST POINT, Ga.) – The Truett McConnell University women’s golf team finished the Skyhawk Invitational in eighth place on Tuesday evening. The Lady Bears set a new school record after their stellar round one of 320 and went on to record a round two score of 324 (644) beating Appalachian Athletic Conference foe Reinhardt University (657).

Junior Teagan Lovingood led the way tied in 19th individually after carding an 81 and 76. Sophomore Kiley Blackburn followed tied in 31st after carding a 79 and 82 while fellow sophomore Faith Reddick placed in 38th three strokes behind (80, 84).

Senior Hannah Wall (87, 82) and freshman Ava Rokosz finished tied in 46th (80, 89).
