(Cleveland)- The City of Cleveland Police Department reports the following activities for the week ending October 28th, 2023

October 16th, 2023 Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident on South Main Street and Appalachian Parkway,
minor damage, no injuries.
October 17th, 2023 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a possible stolen vehicle on South Main Street, the driver,
was arrested and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Vehicle, Suspended License, and No
Seat Belt.

Officers were called to a Donald E Thurmond business for shoplifting. The suspect was arrested
and issued a citation for shoplifting and issued a criminal trespass warning not to return to the
property.
October 19th, 2023 Officers responded to a domestic dispute at a White Hall Commons Lane residence. Verbal
Argument, mediation and separation completed.
October 20th, 2023 Officer stopped a vehicle, and the female passenger of the vehicle was arrested and
transported to White County SO for WCSO warrants.

Officer conducted a traffic stop and the driver was issued citations for altered tag and expired
registration.

Officers responded to a domestic dispute at a Cloverdale Drive residence. Verbal Argument,
mediation and separation was done, and male subject left the residence for the evening.
October 21st, 2023 Officer conducted a traffic stop and the male driver of the vehicle was arrested and transported
to White County SO for a Probation Warrant.

Officers responded to a hit and run at a Helen Hwy business. A white truck hit a parked car and
left the scene without stopping to leave any information.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at Brooks Street and East Kytle. No injuries, minor
damage.

Officer conducted a traffic stop and the female driver of the vehicle was arrested and
transported to White County SO for a probation warrant.
October 28th, 2023 Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at GA Hwy 115 at Quillian St.   No injuries and minor damage to both vehicles.
