(Cleveland)- The White County Water Authority has issued a boil water notice for residents in the Spring Crest Subdivision located off Alternate Highway 75, north of Cleveland.
White County Water Authority Director Edwin Nix said, issues with a pump and water line in that subdivision has prompted the notice. Nix said, this notice affects up to 50 homes and residents are urged to boil the water for consumption.
The Water Authority has to do some additional work and then make sure that bacterial levels are safe before they will be able to lift the notice.
