Betty J. Salter, age 92, of Dahlonega passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. Betty was born on February 27, 1929, to the late Dewey (Doc) and Edna Lipscomb of Dahlonega, Georgia.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James Salter and her brothers William (Bill) and George Lipscomb.
She is survived by her five nieces Penny Nelms of Franklin, Tennessee, Laura McKinley of Fernandina Beach, Florida, and Melinda, Nancy, and Lisa Lipscomb of Dahlonega, Georgia.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
