(Cleveland)- The Coronavirus scare has impacted an event in our Northeast Georgia area. Babyland in Cleveland has announced they have decided to cancel their annual Easter Eggstravaganza because of the virus threat.

A news release advised that BabyLand General will continue to be open to the public however, in an abundance of caution they have canceled the gathering that was scheduled for April 4th. The cancellation will also apply to their annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny.

Babyland also advised this year only they will celebrate the Easter season beginning Wednesday, April 1st through Saturday, April 11th, by giving each visitor under the age of 10 a personal surprise bag of filled plastic eggs and some will have coupons from local business. All visitors during this time period will also be eligible to enter a drawing for a free daily prize as well as one grand prize of a handstitched, one-of-a-kind Original Cabbage Patch Little Person valued at $265.00.

The release said Babyland looks forward to resuming their regular Eggstravaganza egg hunt in 2021!
