(Cleveland)- The Primary Runoff election is being held today around the state and here in White County all 11 prescient are open  waiting for you to visit and cast a ballot, if you didn’t take advantage of the early voting during the past three weeks. 

White County Chief Voter Registrar Lisa Manning reported a good turnout for early voting and White County Probate Judge/Election Superintendent Garrison Baker says that could mean a large turnout today. 

Speaking with Local News Radio this morning Baker said, “ Based upon the three weeks of early voting we are anticipating a little higher turnout than we originally thought, it looks like the numbers could be higher than what we voted on the May 22nd general primary.”  

In addition to the statewide races In White County there is one runoff race for District two Board of Education between incumbent Charlie Bryson and challenger John Solmon. 

Following the voting today join Local News Radio 93.9 FM for a live report from the White County Courthouse this evening for the results of today’s voting in the county.  First results are expected to be announced around 7:30 PM.
