(Cleveland)- The White County Board of Commissioners is looking for applicants to serve on the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Board. The appointee needs to be a consumer of disability services, a family member of a consumer, an advocate of disability services, a local leader, or a business person with an interest in mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases.  

The appointee must be able to attend board meetings on the second Thursday of every other month in Cumming, GA between 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The DBHDD Board does provide a mileage allowance for attending meetings

This appointment will be to fulfill the remainder of a three-year term to expire June 30, 2020.
