(Cleveland)- White County school officials report they have extended the deadline for parents to choose the best instructional model for your child for the 2020-21 school year. Parents and student caregivers may choose in classroom or digital/distance learning.

Those who would like to select the latter are asked to complete a form found on the school’s website.  The school system last week asked parents to fill out the form but not all parents got the word.  Information released by the school system yesterday said they have been inundated with parents and caregivers who missed the initial deadline.   If you have already responded to the Initial Interest Form, there is no need to complete the form again.  Based on a parent’s response, a school representative will provide instructions for the next steps and parent meeting information.

The new deadline for filling out the form is Monday, July 27th at  4 PM.

If a parent chooses for their child to participate in traditional, face-to-face instruction, no action is needed.
