Kimberly Tallman

(Cleveland)- White County Office of Public Safety is excited to share with the public another Employee Spotlight. This new series gives insight into each of the four Public Safety Divisions as well as educates people about what they offer the citizens of the county.

Bryce Barrett, Public Information Officer for White County Public Safety said in this spotlight they are featuring Kimberly Tallman, a 911 Dispatcher, and Shift Supervisor.

According to Barrett, the county’s dispatchers are the first response when calling 9-1-1. They receive information relevant to the call to insure first responders get on scene safely and in an adequate amount of time.

Kimberly has been a Dispatcher for eight years and has been with White County for six of those years.

Public Safety has released a video where Tallman shares the roles and responsibilities of a 911 Dispatcher and gives insight to anyone interested in the profession.
