(Cleveland)- Two people have been arrested in connection with an Aggravated Assault incident in White County earlier this month.
White County Sheriff’s Captain Clay Hammond advised that on May 4th the White County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Tom Teague Road, where they met with the victim.
The victim told Deputies, he was assaulted at an address on Post Road, and that he had been summoned by 28-year old Aleshia Liby of Cleveland.
Two days later sheriff department investigators executed a search warrant at the residence and located evidence, which resulted in the arrest of 29-year old Jonathan Wills of Cleveland.
Hammond said Liby was arrested last Thursday in connection with the incident. Wills was charged with Possession of Marijuana w/ intent to distribute, Possession of a firearm during the commission certain crimes, and Aggravated Assault. Liby was charged with Party to the crime of Aggravated Assault.
