(Cleveland)-The rate of confirmed Coronavirus cases in White County continues to slowly decrease as indicated by two reports released Wednesday. The weekly COVID-19 report from White County Schools shows, as of Wednesday two students reported positive with the virus, 67 students have been quarantined for possible exposure. Four staff members reported positive and 4 staff members have been quarantined for possible exposure.
The Georgia Department of Public Health’s latest COVID-19 information released Wednesday afternoon shows 848 confirmed cases in White County, that’s an increase of 119 for the past two weeks. 101 hospitalizations reported and the total deaths related to the virus remain at 19.
