(Cleveland)- The National Weather Services advises a storm system that will move through the area this weekend will bring with it two potential rounds of severe weather for Saturday – one round will occur during the morning and another for the afternoon/evening.Damaging wind, large hail and a few tornadoes are possible.
According to the weather service, storms early Saturday morning will initially move into NW Georgia and spread east and south. Storms in the afternoon again will be across both north and central Georgia.
The first round will begin generally after 2 AM Saturday morning and continuing through the morning.
Round 2 -Saturday will be in the afternoon and evening. Forecasters say there is a high confidence on severe storms occurring, however the amount of the severe storms is low.
You are advised to stay alert about the latest weather conditions Saturday.
