(CLEVELAND) – White County School Nutrition Director Abby Rowland has been awarded the 2021 Pioneers in Education Award. White County Superintendent of Schools Dr. Laurie Burkett shared the news at this week’s Board of Education meeting.
Burkett said this distinguished award is presented annually by Pioneer Regional Service Agency. Rowland received the award during an awards ceremony held at The Venue at Cenita Vineyards.
The award is presented to honor individuals who go above and beyond every day to support students and staff and make a difference.
