State Representative Will Wade
(Atlanta) – The Georgia House of Representatives’ Committee on Assignments has named Representative Will Wade from Dawsonville as the Vice Chairman of the House Banks & Banking Committee. Wade commented, “This industry is close to my heart, and I have had a blessed yet challenging career in it for the past 25 years.
This committee’s policy work will be vital to ensuring families and businesses reach new heights of prosperity.” The Banks & Banking Committee has jurisdiction over financial institutions, real property finance, and corporate securities law.
Additionally, the House Committee on Assignments has appointed Rep. Wade to serve as a member of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Education and the Education, Juvenile Justice, and State Planning & Community Affairs committees.
Representative Will Wade serves the citizens of District 9, which includes portions of Dawson, Lumpkin, and White counties.
