(ATLANTA)- Unusually cool air, for this time of the year, settled in across north Georgia Wednesday morning, with record temperatures set in Gainesville, Atlanta and Macon.
Temperatures in the north Georgia mountains Wednesday morning dipped into the upper 40’s and low 50’s. Blairsville recorded a low of 47, Blue Ridge 49, Tiger 50 and we had 51 in Cleveland.
The cooler temperature are expected to hang around a few days, forecasters with the National Weather Service say a chance of rain and cooler temperatures are expected this weekend.
