Bob grew up in Dahlonega, Georgia, where he graduated from Lumpkin County High School. He attended University of North Georgia (known then as North Georgia College) where he earned a BSBA. Bob was a man of dignity, honor, courage, and patriotism. He was a veteran of the United States Army, Security Agency.
