(Cleveland)- With the latest surge in the number of COVID cases and the variants, the Enotah Circuit judges have issued an order that requires everyone entering the White Count Courthouse to wear mask and or face coverings and observe social distancing again.

In the order issued Wednesday Chief Judge Raymond George as well as judges Joy Parks and T. Buckley Levins ask that anyone who is experiencing flu-like symptoms or symptons related to COVID or the variants to not enter the courthouse building.

The order states that anyone, including all employees, entering the courthouse must wear a face-covering or mask. The 6ft spacing between individuals not living in the same household is required. Social distancing is to be observed in all areas of the Courthouse, whether standing or sitting.

The order becomes effective immediately and shall continue until the close of business on January 31, 2022.
