Jack Farley, age 60, of Clarkesville, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.
Mr. Farley was born on February 28, 1958, in Birmingham, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Arnold Farley, Sr. and stepfather, Fred Kemp Hamby. Mr. Farley was a former farmer and entrepreneur. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Cornelia.
Survivors include his mother, Joan F. Hamby of Clarkesville; daughters, Bridgett Farley and Vanessa Farley, both of Demorest; son, Jack Jordan Farley of Demorest; sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and Jimmy Franklin of Mt. Airy; half-sister and spouse, Joanie and Jason Allen of Dawsonville; brother, Robert Lee Farley of Clarkesville; and grandchildren, Landon McElhannon and Zachery McElhannon.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia, with Rev. Jason Allen officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service until 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
