(HELEN) – The Helen City Hall lobby will reopen on June 15th at 8:30 am and will return to regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, according to an email Thursday  from the city administrative office.

The email states that visitors to the building are asked to please wear a mask when conducting business inside and that the office will continue to be available by phone or email for those who have health issues which cause them to still be self-quarantined. There is also a dropbox outside City Hall that will be checked regularly for those wishing to not come inside.

Since City Hall will once again be open to the public, alcohol server’s permits will need to be brought up to date and all servers will need to have current alcohol server’s badge by June 26th, the email read.  Those requesting new permits will be required to watch the training video, which will be played Wednesday at 11:00 am and Friday at 3:00 pm each week.
