(Cleveland)-If you are looking for a free in-home COVID-19 testing the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency has advised that test kits are available free online.  The agency says you can order up to 4 tests per household at www.covidtests.gov.  Use this link to order tests now so you will have them if/when you need them. This resource has been verified by the Department of Public Health as a legitimate source of tests.

Upon filling out the required information – name, shipping address, and email – the person requesting the kits should receive an emailed confirmation notice from the United States Postal Service. The notice states that “At-home COVID-19 tests will ship free starting in late January.”

Late last week, administration officials said that once a request is made through the website, the tests are expected to ship within seven to 12 days.
