(DAHLONEGA )-– The University of North Georgia women’s basketball team’s first two Peach Belt Conference games have been postponed to allow for established safety protocols to be appropriately enforced and to ensure fan and student-athlete safety.
The Nighthawks were scheduled to open up Peach Belt Conference play at home on Wednesday, Jan. 6 against Flagler and at USC Aiken on Saturday, Jan. 9. The two games will be rescheduled for a later date this season.
The UNG men’s games for those dates are still on schedule, with the Wednesday game time against Flagler adjusted to a 4:00 p.m. start.
