(Cleveland)- The White County Board of Commissioners will hold a combined work session and regular meeting Monday at 4:30 PM. The commissioners have on the agenda for today several road department items, including the resurfacing of Paradise Valley Road, with the project to be bid next Spring.
Also the commissioners will consider reallocation of funds in the fire department to allow for the addition of an additional full time firefighter position and consider contributing to the Hillbilly Hog BBQ Throwdown, through the White County Chamber of Commerce.
The meeting will be held in the board meeting room at the county administration building off the Helen Highway.
The city of Cleveland Mayor and Council have a meeting scheduled Monday at 7:00 PM at City Hall Annex, included on the agenda is a discussion of delinquent utility accounts and discussion of the meeting and public hearing to consider the adoption of the city tax millage rate.
That meeting will be held this Thursday at 7:00 PM at City Hall Annex.
