(Cleveland)- The City of Cleveland has issued a Boil Water Notice due to a 6” water main break at the following locations: Intersection of US 129 South from Daybreak Road to Totherow Road.
Andrea Smith, Water Distribution Operator for the City of Cleveland Public Works says this notice will affect the City of Cleveland water customers located at locations along the following roads: Roller Rink Road, Tommy Cowart Road, Payne Drive, Totherow Road, Pleasant Drive, Performance Road, Alexander Funeral Home Drive, Candlewick Road, Becky Drive, Memory Drive, the intersection of Truelove Road.
Residents/Businesses in these areas will notice a loss of water or water pressure while the line is being repaired.
This notice is required by EPD when water pressure drops below 20 PSI (pounds per square inch). The boiled water is for drinking purposes or you can use bottled water until bacteriological samples can be collected and tested. Water needs to be boiled until the City lifts the notice.
The City will notify the media as soon as test results are received.
