(Cleveland)- The Boil Water Notice in the city of Cleveland for residents of the Thunder Ridge Subdivision has been lifted.

Andrea Smith, Water Distribution Operator, for the City of Cleveland Public Works advised Wednesday afternoon that the EPD has confirmed with the City that all bacteriological tests are clear and the Boil Water Notice has been lifted.

The city issued the boil water notice Monday afternoon following a water main break on highway 115 east at the subdivision.  This notice was issued to ensure the safety of the drinking water to the city’s customers located in the subdivision in the event of the possibility of a contaminant entering the system as a result of the water line break.
