(Cleveland)- White County has recognized employee Missy Ayers with their “pickle” award for October.

Each month an employee is selected for their outstanding efforts and customer service and is featured in the county-wide newsletter.

According to fellow workers, Missy LOVES choc-o-late with a big smile. She loves crafting by making silk arrangements and wreaths. She loves singing and being the Choir Director at Blue Creek Baptist Church.

Missy said, she is “Blessed to have her job and work with a bunch of great people!”  Some of Missy’s favorite things to do include going to the beach, spending time in Hiawassee on her boat, and camping as well as family!

Missy was diagnosed with Cancer over a year ago and completed two rounds of Chemotherapy. During this stressful time, she kept her faith and remained strong, continued to work, and overcome a diagnosis that could have destroyed her. Instead, Missy let the Lord fight her battle for her!
