Valedictorian Ashton Groves told her fellow students, “ we must find our individual calls yes, but it is equally important to receive the love that keeps our passions and talents and desires in balance.”

Following the addresses by the classes top students Principal John Osborne addressed the seniors one last time and told them, “this morning you were given a curious picture of a turtle on a pole with a message to take with you regarding the fact that you get nowhere without the help of others.” Osborne then told them, “ behind me and besides you tonight are all the people who made it possible for you to be on this stage, and I know you are grateful.”
