Cleveland – If the numbers continue on their current course, more than one-quarter of registered white county voters will have turned out to cast their ballot early.

White County Chief Registrar, Lisa Manning spoke with WRWH Friday afternoon and reported that all is proceeding well with the early voting this election.

The number of early voters that turned out for the first week of early voting was around 1500, or about 8.33% of the 18,000 registered voters.  This past week the total number increased to 3300 total early ballots cast or 18.33 percent.

If the numbers remain on track, an estimated 26.67 percent of voters will have cast an early ballot for this election.

You can still get out and vote early Saturday, October 27th from 9 am until 4 pm, and next week, until November 2nd, from 8 am until 5 pm at the Mauney Building located off of Helen Hwy.
