(Cleveland)- Last week was one for the records books in White County weather wise. Tuesday Cleveland’s high of 94 beat the 91 recorded in 2016.
Thursday and Friday all three weather stations set new record highs. Saturday Cleveland’s high of 91 beat the 86 recorded in 2014, Helen tied their 92 record high for the date and Sautee’s 87 beat the 84 set in 2018.
No record temperatures were broken Sunday.
A bit cooler temperatures are expected this week especially Thursday and Friday when highs are expected to be in the mid 70’s.
