Karley Hobbs, TMU Softball
(CLEVELAND)– The reigning Appalachian Athletic Conference co-pitcher of the year, Karley Hobbs, earned her first AAC weekly award nod of the season for the week ending Sunday, announced the league Monday.
Hobbs led the No. 17 Lady Bears to four wins last week, three of which were AAC victories. Hobbs allowed nine hits and one earned run over the course of 21 innings to remain perfect on the year (16-0). The sophomore leads the AAC with an ERA of 1.37 and she currently holds her opponents to a batting average of .190.
