CLEVELAND | The Truett McConnell men’s and women’s golf teams have released their 2016 fall schedules, head coach Steve Patton announced earlier this week. Both the men and women will host the TMU Fall Georgia Mountain Invitational on September 12-13 at Innsbruck Golf Course. The following week, the men head over to Demorest for the Piedmont Fall Invitational, while the women head up to Tennessee Wesleyan for the Tennessee Wesleyan Fall Invitational. Both teams will participate in their third tournament in as many weeks when they head to Waleska to take part in the Reinhardt Fall Invitational. The women’s golf team will head to Palm Harbor, Florida, to compete in the Sand Shark Shootout on October 3-4 and then finish their fall slate at the AAC Fall Conference Championship in Lagrange, Georgia, on October 10-11. The men’s golf team will compete in the AAC Men’s Fall Championship on October 3-4, then, after a week off, the Bears will head north to the Tennessee Wesleyan Fall Invitational onOctober 17-18 to finish the fall schedule.
