drug-arrests 3-27-15(Cleveland)- The White County Sheriff’s Department along with  the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office (ARDEO) executed a search warrant at 64 Camelback Drive, near the Hall County line,   after a lengthy investigation.   Special Agent In Charge of the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office  Mitchell Posey said in an email The investigation revealed  that 51-year old Frankie Lamar Swindoll,   was selling multiple ounces of methamphetamine a week from his residence. 

During the investigation,  drug agents consistently saw a heavy flow of traffic at Swindoll’s residence.”    Posey also said,  “a  small quantity of marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was found at the residence.  The White County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating property found at Swindoll’s residence to determine if these items were taken during burglaries.”

Swindoll was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.   42-year old Kimberly Michelle Henderson,  was also  arrested and charged with possession of a scheduled 3 and scheduled 4 narcotic.  29-year old Alisha Marie Abernathy was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine.  According to Posey, the investigation continues and additional charges are pending. 

The Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office is a multi-agency unit that consists of the following Sheriff’s Offices: White County, Lumpkin County, Towns County, Banks County, Habersham County, Stephens County, and Rabun County, along with the Georgia National Guard Counter Drug Task Force, the Department of Public Safety, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
