(Cleveland)- Earlier this week we posted pictures and a link to Cleveland resident Sam Owens youtube channel, that features drone videos of the Cleveland Bypass project. Thursday morning Sam stop by NewsTalk 1350 and talked about his Phantom FC40 Drone that help get a birds- eye view.
The drone videos provide a view from 400 feet in the air looking down on the construction area.
